finally gotten my Excalibur dehydrator and ill be sharing what i have been making. this one i left in for a couple hours to long so it became a krakker.

3 Zucchini

a half of a onion

1/2 cup of grounded flaxseeds

your fav spices/ i used basil oregano and dill with Himalayan salt (don't use liquid amino anymore contains m.s.g)

a little water to get it all batter up, spread it on your tray and 12 hours maybe 14 at 105* there we have it. makes a grrreat sandwich with spicy kale chips :) just make sure you have your water handy when eating dehydrated foods.
