a cool snack but time consuming and kinda messy but its worth it. my picture is not to good when i make more ill make it look more presentable.

3 large onion (darker the better lol)

sauce

(basic)

water

apple cider vineager

your fav spices

mix it up.

"flour coating"

ground flax or chia

grounded almonds or sunflower,

we know how this is done, cut the onions make the rings use a spoon to not be too messy, dip em the wet coat em in the dry put em on the tray and these took me a whole day maybe a day and a half to get em "ok" crispy. but people love these ,and they ask for em a lot.. good with raw ketchup sauce.
