By now most people have heard about the advertisement drama surrounding the Dove soap brand. But what is most amazing to us is how people hold on to old programming that keeps them using products that contain questionable ingredients that were exposed long ago.

Life is full of changes and fluctuations. It also has a fair amount of challenges for most people. This often leads to a period of "falling off" where the discipline we have had in the past eludes us for a while. Such is life...it happens to the best of us.
The best approach (in my opinion and experience) is to not beat yourself up for too long and to jump back in the driver's seat without guilt. MAKING THE LEAP TO NO MEAT
We get questions from our Afrakan people all the time. One of the questions we get is how do we suggest they quit eating meat. If we were to sum up our answer to this question in a simple statement it would be “It depends”. Someone who is a teenager or in their twenties will have a very different experience than someone in their fifties or sixties.
